Zen Minimal — A Simple Marriage Biodata Format With Nothing Spare
Simple is the most common thing people ask for and the hardest to find. Most formats sold as simple are just under-designed. Zen Minimal is deliberately restrained: the photo is a small square beside your name rather than a centrepiece, a single faint rule closes the header, and the details run as plain rows with wide space between sections and no boxes or ornament competing with the words.
It suits a shorter biodata particularly well. Where other designs make a sparse profile look unfinished, this one makes it look considered.
About
I design software for a living and make pottery badly on weekends. I read more than I watch, I am the person friends call when a spreadsheet stops making sense, and I would rather host six people for dinner than go to a party of sixty.

Best for
- Shorter biodata, where a decorated format would expose the gaps
- Anyone who finds most formats visually noisy
- Profiles that will mostly be read on a phone
- People who want the document to feel calm rather than promotional
Why restraint helps a short biodata
A decorated template with six filled fields looks like a form somebody abandoned. This design sets expectations differently: the empty space reads as intentional, so a biodata with fewer details still looks complete. That is a real advantage if you would rather not list income, or if your family details are brief.
What to write when you use it
Write less, and mean it. This is the design where a two-sentence About Me is a strength. Because there is so little visual noise, any padding stands out, the clichés especially. "Simple person from a simple family" has nowhere to hide here.
Where it is the wrong choice
If your family expects a formal, traditional document, this can read as too plain, even casual. Classic Elegance is the safer choice for that audience.
Try it with your own details
Create your biodata once and switch between designs without retyping anything, and your profile link stays the same. Zen Minimal is on the paid plans; see pricing, or start on the free plan and upgrade later.
